Pet and Other Policies

Timbers Motel is pleased to welcome you.  We ask that you register any dog(s) with us at the time of making reservations so that we can properly prepare for your arrival.
A few additional requirements as listed below apply.

We have a few requirements when visiting with your furry friend.
Timbers Motel can accommodate dogs only at this time.  ADA defined service animals are always welcome at this hotel. 
We require a maximum of 2 dogs per room with a total combined weight limit of 100lbs or 50lbs for a single dog.
A fee of $25 per dog and per night will apply.
Unregistered pets will receive a fee of $175 per night.
Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors on property.  Dogs are permitted in the pet area of the grounds only.  Please no pets in the pool or garden areas.
The Timbers Motel Crew does have a limited amount of availability on pet accommodations.  Please verify in advance that we can host your pet's stay.

Please be kind to our rooms and facilities.  A deep cleaning fee of $250 plus the cost of damages may apply if extra effort in cleaning or repairs by our team upon your departure occurs.
Trespassers of closed areas due to maintenance, hours of operation, employee, private or otherwise noted as off limits as posted or secure will incur a minimum  $1,000 fine plus the cost of damages and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 
Please respect our facilities, the team that works hard to maintain and serve them and the other guests of our hotel at all times.

If you forget the essentials, we've got you covered - ​Pet bowls and beds can be provided upon request and we have a wonderful partnership with Happy Hounds Pet Supply (just up the road) for additional needs.

OFFICE HOURS
We are happy to accommodate your travel schedule of any kind.  Our front office is staffed and open between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00PM, 7 days a week.  If your travel plans will require an arrival time or services outside these hours, please be sure to contact our front desk team a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your reservation date for special arrangements.  No check-in is available after hours without prior arrangement.

CANCELATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE
At the Timbers Motel we understand that last minute changes in travel will happen. At this time we are able to provide cancelation without penalty up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation date. Any cancelation made within 48 hours of your reservation check-in time will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay. This policy is not applicable to any prepaid, discount or advance booking rates that maintain a policy of no cancelation once a reservation has been made. The latest point at which any changes to a departure date can be made is 3:00PM on the date of check-in.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking hotel.  Violation of the non smoking policy may result in a Smoking Sanitation Fee of $250.
