At the Timbers Motel we strive to offer you the best lodging value for your dollar. Our room rates change with the seasons, summer being the highest and winter the lowest.
- We offer four seasonal rates:
- Mid season
is from March 1 to May 22
Pre Season is May 23 to May 31- Peak season is from June 1 through September 1
- Shoulder season is from September 2 through November 2
Low season is from November 3 through February 29 - Peak season is from June 1 through September 1
- Children 12 and under are free!!

Cancellation Policy: There is
a one night deposit per room requested to hold your reservation. This
deposit is fully refundable up to seven days prior to arrival. If
cancelled within the seven day period your deposit is considered
non-refundable but reusable for one year.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed at the Timbers Motel on a fee basis. The fee is $10.00 per pet per night plus tax. A credit card is required as a security deposit and the pet must not be left unattended in the room. When outside the room the pet must be kept on a leash at all times.
